Hi, we have confirmed reservation seats for 06.09.25 from Chur to Tirano and I understand we also need to buy a public ticket. I have looked at the website a number of times and can’t see how to pay for public tickets for that date. Can anyone advise?

I forgot to add the machines are by platforms 1&2 and the Bernina is platforms 13&14 . The station isn't that big so you can't get lost
