Is there an option to take a pontoon boat? We're not experienced kayakers.

There were no pontoon boats. A pontoon wouldn’t allow one to see the bioluminescence very well as you need to disturb the water with one’s paddle to see the underwater glow.
Is the only way to do this tour…to spend the night on the island? We are staying in El Bayamón and don’t want to spend the night on Vieques.
