This is a 28 foot RV Camper on a lake front property on the very popular Birch Creek part of Lake Fork. Birch Creek has been well known for its big bass and for duck hunting. The RV is a Jayco Jay Flight 28 foot camper for rent. The RV has a queen bed as the master bedroom, a double bed with a bunk bed above the double bed; the couch folds out and can be used as a bed and the dining table can be made into a bed, so the RV would only sleep 4 people comfortably. There is one bath with a shower and a small tub. See the floorplan in the pictures section. The RV shares a fishing pier and private concrete boat ramp with one other RV and a cabin. Outdoors there is a 18 foot canopy and a wood deck with chairs and picnic table. There is also a gas grill and outside clean-up area. The RV has a seating area, a dining area and TVs in the seating area and master bedroom but with few channels. There is a DVD player. The rental includes linens, towels, kitchen appliances, dishes cookware and silverware.
