Yes, on some parts of the North Beach. Check with Tourist Information to be sure which parts - but there are signs

Yes you can.

Is it wheelchair friendly?
答:
No. Access is by steps except at the far end and even then it’s very steep. The beach is full of big rocks and boulders anyway. Hope that helps.
