Hi, How was the descent down? How slanted were the bedrocks on the West Ridge Trail? My friends and I are hiking this in a few days. We also hiked to the summit of Mount Monadnock, but I found the descent a bit steep at points and was a bit scared. I'm worried that it'll be similar here. I would really appreciate hearing back from you. Thanks!

I took my 5 and 7 yr old on this hike. There were no problems with the descent. We took it slow. Enjoy it!
