It appears that you cannot. You can check the website or call. The Air Force Flight Test Museum is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m. for people who already have base access. The museum’s phone number is 661-277-8050. For those who do not have base access there is a General Public Tour offered once a month. The tours are free, but reservations are required.
