At the Muir Trail Ranch which is 5 miles past the lake, yes all three, however not sure on details. They run off of a generator so electricity is limited out there. At the campground, no electricity. Sewer at campground would be pit toilets only. Water at campground out of spigot, but boil or treat if using for drinking water. Near the store and day use area there are public restrooms but again not flush toilets, pit toilets, which if you are not familiar are basically a hole in the ground with a seat on top.
