We were expecting this to be a mystical experience. It seemed very commercialized operation. We did not the show memorable and would only recommend if one has nothing else to do.314rajs的完整评论

Saw the dervish performance and the dance show here. My family loved the dervish show while I found it somewhat boring. The information about the dervishes and Rumi is quite good though.609ilar的完整评论
It says not wheelchair accessible for whirling dervish show, just wondering how many stairs are involved? Why it says that? Thanks
答:
there are stairs to get from the entrance (ground level) to the 2nd floor where the venue is located. I did not see any elevators/lifts in the building.
Is there a dress code or is it acceptable to wear anything? Also will I permitted to bring in my backpack as I will be watching the Whirling Dervish show after the Bosphorus cruise and will not have time to return to my hotel. For refrence my backpack is only 20L.

Hi. No dress code required. I am not sure about your backpack, I don't think it would be a problem, though, you can place it at your feet. They will probably check it at the entrance, I don't remember exactly, but they usually checked the bags in museums, malls etc. At the Military Museum they didn't allow us with our bags inside, not even with a bottle of water :), and they kept our bags until we got back, so there shouldn't be a problem.
