I went during the day. No idea what differences are between day and night tour. Be aware it is an “experience” more than a tour. You learn about leprechauns, hear stories, and see how big furniture would be if you were a leprechaun. I enjoyed it.
I have a 6.5 yr old and an 8 yr old. It says not suitable for children under 7, can anyone share why this tour is not recommended for children under 7.

Hi Karen, thanks for your question. The age guide is advisory, some of the spaces in the museum are dark and some children can find it a bit much. Other children haven’t yet learned how to listen to stories for the duration of a 45 minute tour. Having said that, lots of younger children enjoy the museum and it really is about the individual. We leave it up to the parents, who know their children best to make an informed decision. We want everyone to enjoy the experience, if there is anything else we can help with please let us know.
