Sit in the centre of the carriage and your view isnt obscured by the end bulkheads. Or if the toastrack trailers are running and the weather is good try one

We paid £16 each The ticket took us to Laxey on the train from Douglas. We changed at Laxey onto the Snaefell Railway and after a roam on the mountain we took the train back Laxey and then on to Douglas. We then used it to take the horse drawn tram on the 4 mile tip along the prom. Good value we thought.
