Is this a difficult trail to walk? Are the waterfalls easy to access? i will be traveling with my 74 year old mother who doesn't do well walking long distances. thanks!

No it is not a difficult trail to walk and you can park close to both so you do t have to walk from one to the other if you don’t want
Hybrid or mountain bike would be okay but not road bike or motorcycle. I did see bicycles. Some portions are grassy or only have a strip of gravel in center.
