I recall that the trails through the pinewoods are accessible and I am sure that bikes can be ridden on these. They are well paved and hence fine for wheelchairs. The trails by the water overlooking Lemon Bay are OK for bikes but, some parts can be muddy and flooded, so, may not be wheelchair accessible.
