Can adults with walkers come in and enjoy the place?

Yes, they certainly can. There are activities, though, that they may not be able to join unless the museum itself will provide some kind of access. (Sorry for the late reply)
We walked right in after purchasing tickets, so no it's not required. Takes about an hour to go through the whole thing, thats taking pictures etc. Very cool place with neat illusions.
