No State Run campgrounds in Oregon/Washington have Wi-Fi service, some private campgrounds do however. That said you maybe able to get cell service which you can use your cell phone data and access the internet. If you go to Campendium and look up your campground they often have cell service bars and receiption for the usual suspects. For example I just looked up Nehalem Bay because i'm on the way there, and found 4 bars of 4 G for Verizon, At&T and 3 for Tmobile...none in 5G but enough for me!
