Hi, well we stayed in a hotel called Wellington hotel. It's not that classy but the location is really good, lots of families come here as there are around 8 spacious hotels inside. Staff don't open their mouths when we ask them for something or to call them to fix the TV or something, however, if you walk down to the reception and complain, they do send someone to look at it. They have a small play area for kids, a shop, in-house restaurant, almost 24 hours. A tad bit pricey because the quantity is a little less. Actually, Yercaud is pretty small and all the places are within a range of 10 km radius, so this hotel should help you solve the purpose.
