I want to visit The Grand Palace + Queen Sirikit Museum of Textiles+ Vimanmek Palace + Abhisek Dusit Throne Hall. The ticket of all places is 400 baht, isn't it?

There is a combined ticket for the Grand Palace and the textile museum. The rest should be separate charges.
Can I visit this without visiting the Grand Palace? And can I just visit the gift shop (without paying admission?)

Yes, you can visit this without going to the Grand Palace as this complex has separate ticket counter also. you dont have to buy ticket to visit gift shop.
