埃佩克斯是位于北卡罗来纳州韦克县的一个镇，属于罗利郊区的一部分。该镇2000年的人口普查结果为20,212人，2009年的估计值为34,937人。 埃佩克斯镇是于1873年成立的，其名字是因为该镇当时坐落在连接了里士满以及杰克逊维尔的查塔姆铁路的最高处。其后的数十年，埃佩克斯缓慢的成长，之间却曾遭遇了不少带来巨大损失的火灾。其中包括了1911年6月12日的大火灾，它摧毁了大部分的埃佩克斯镇中心。在那之后，城镇又被重建且一直保留到现在，并成为了现今北卡罗来纳州保存得最完善的铁路城镇之一。镇中心的中央坐落着建于1912年的埃佩克斯联盟车站，它原本是锡博德空线铁路的乘客车站，后来被改建为公立的埃佩克斯社区图书馆。现在，它则是埃佩克斯商会的所在地。
