At RHA Health Services, the people we serve and support are at the very center of everything we do. We provide support services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, and for those who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing. We also provide high-quality behavioral health services in North Carolina and Pennsylvania to support people with a wide variety of mental health and substance use needs as well as support services for those who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
