No. You would have to go to the nearest pub or cafe, which would involve buying something. A lot of nearby villages have public toilets but these usually come with parking charges and possible fees to use the loo.
Are you able to get on top with the rails? Or walk along side it, Obviously during a time when no trains are actively due, scouting photography locations and I feel I could get some amazing landscape and portrait shots up top.
