Reiki & Quantum Touch) to Reflexology (incl. maternity reflexology fertility reflexology and hormone balancing for women) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) aka Tapping. I have also created a unique transformational programme to help people overcome Emotional Eating; this is from personal experience & we really do get to the bottom of why we eat when we feel uncomfortable emotionally.
