I think there are some taxi’s from Bangkok that you can hire going to the cave. I really don’t know how much it cost but you can ask your hotel to assist you.

We were based in hua hin and got a taxi outside the station it took us on a tour of a few places for 1500 baht best advice is get a taxi not a metered one we booked him next day …
