the Company changed my reservation location hours before check in and i stayed in an old duplex that was significantly lower quality than the pictures of the location i had booked.
the actual room was nice, floors had stains all over and not cleaned very well
check in was absolutely ridiculous,not a real hotel everything had to be on the phone took an hour for them to give me a code to go find a lock box to get a key card. check out was the same deal I ...
