Yes very possible. I would check the weather before doing the Gondola ride though as if it is bad weather with low cloud, mist or snow you will see precisely nothing and the cost will be wasted. The two attractions are in different directions verses the centre of the town but the public bus system is very good and reliable and runs directly to both locations (you will need to change buses but the bus stops are clearly visible and have timetables and route displayed). There is also a web site so you can plan ahead.

Agree that June to Aug would be best time to visit. Earlier the better as water levels will be high from the melted ice and snow and the color of the lakes will be richer. We went in late August and had a great time. But it does get cold in late August and also the water levels are not so high. we went white water rafting and you could see the banks of the river and at certain spots, the base of the raft was touching the rocks/stones in the river.

Yes, there is a nice sized lot for RV parking, but I would still suggest getting there as early as possible since the lots filled up quickly! We got there around 9:30 for our 10 boat, and the car and RV lots were totally full as we were leaving around 11:10. Enjoy!
