Is the road off of highway 28 to the falls pavement or gravel, we are on a motorcycle and gravel roads are hard to ride on, thanks

Paved but watch for potholes, patches, and loose gravel around the inside of curves where trucks hit the edge. The last 100 m to the parking lot is good gravel.
