Birge House offers large, furnished one-bedroom apartments in an eight-story building. They are easily big enough to share: bedrooms are appx. 245 sq. ft. and the living rooms are almost 200 sq. ft. There are just four apartments on each floor, allowing for a quiet, private living experience. Apartments on the upper levels offer fantastic views of the Madison skyline, lakes and the surrounding neighborhood. Each apartment includes a twin bed, dresser, love seat, arm chair and an end table set. Kitchens include a refrigerator, stove and breakfast bar with bar stools. There is also a laundry room in the basement.
