This place is quite depressiing. It is fenced off and the construction seems suspended. Lots of drugged-out kids around as well as drifters, so it does not feel safe. Avoid this area.Thomas V的完整评论

Well I walked past it again and noted that it is now very sad and very deserted. So at this point I just don't recommend it. In fact, avoid this sad downtown plaza and go somewhere else.Thomas V的完整评论

This plaza is the center of downtown. In the best of times there are outdoor concerts here. It's not especially pretty but when there are activities going on, it can be a lot of fun. Otherwise it'…Thomas V的完整评论
