We have a private front yard, and a shared back yard with our neighbors next door. Enjoy a stately decorated living room, and dinning room as a good place to share a meal or a movie together. Our kitchen is stocked for a our guests to prepare their favorite meal and share it together. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, however it is in the basement. Basement is not part of the advertised listing hence may not be cleaned and ready for you. Use of washer and dryer is at your own risk.
