As Frederick High’s JJ Addison dribbled the ball to hold for the final shot of the third quarter, he saw the Cadets’ student section putting their hands up, miming a shooting motion.

Four days later, on Tuesday, Jan. 21, officers arrested Addison, on the high school campus without incident, with help from the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office.
