Bartlesville residents should brace for a dangerous blast of winter weather as a powerful storm moves into the area early Tuesday, bringing heavy snow, ice and life-threatening cold temperatures.

With those words, Dr. Jon Lindblom summed up the ethos of a life devoted to his community — a dedication that earned him the title of Bartlesville’s Distinguished Resident of 2024.
