NEW DELHI: Amid ongoing conflict in the Middle East, Iran has introduced an advanced version of its Bavar-373 air defense system, which officials claim can intercept American stealth jet fighters.

Iranian state television reported that, during the exercise, Iran’s domestically built Bavar-373 air defense system and the Russian-made S-300 successfully intercepted a simulated enemy target.
