The birthday celebration at trendy Chicago restaurant Soul Vibez ended when the three women from Rochester, New York, allegedly left without paying their bill of $262.11 - not including tip.

The ATHENA award was established in 1982 to honor the achievements of exceptional women leaders around the globe. In Rochester, the program is part of the chamber’s Women’s Council Initiative.
