It wasn’t quite raining cats and dogs at the Dane County Humane Society on Monday, but it came close. Shelter volunteers welcomed 18 cats from an Iola hoarding situation that day, and staff veterinarians also agreed to care for another 25 cats in that same case that will ultimately go to Angel’s Wish in Verona.

The goal is to ensure each feral cat, and symbolically your ex, "will no longer break hearts by contributing to pet overpopulation in Oklahoma."
