The designer, known for celebrating Mexican style and social causes, chose the City of Lights for his 10th-anniversary show.

The designer’s new collection entitled Tarantula celebrated resistance, optimism and hope.

Chavarria partnered with dating app company Tinder and the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) to create a sweatshirt dedicated to amplifying LGBTQ+ voices and standing beside the community as anti-LGBQT+ legislation continues to be introduced in droves. All proceeds from the crewneck will go directly to the HRC.

On Friday, January 24, Willy Chavarria will debut his highly-anticipated FW25 collection at Paris Men’s Fashion Week. To further introduce himself to the French capital, the California-born designer has teamed up with his collaborators at adidas Originals to bring Chavarria’s world off the runway and into the Parisian streets.

“The message is global,” said Willy Chavarria backstage at his fall 2025 show at the American Cathedral in Paris, his debut in the city and on the men’s collections schedule. That “message” was Chavarria’s more-crucial-than-ever stance on diversity, of “human dignity and equality,” as he continued after the show.
