Tillamook, Oregon, resident Rebecca Jones caught a record-breaking monkeyface prickleback last week. The fisherwoman only started fishing recently and is largely self-taught.

That has led to criticism from environmental groups that believe eel fishing is unsustainable. The worldwide eel fishing industry has also long been beset by poaching and illegal sales.
