A company planning to eliminate $10 million in debt for some western North Carolina residents has enlisted former UNC basketball coach Roy Williams to spread the news.

Some think this could be like the Katy Trail but for downtown Dallas. It would connect Deep Ellum, the Arts District and other parts of the city.
