Prosecutors in Karen Read's case want to use messages with Aidan Kearney, the blogger who writers under the name "Turtleboy," as evidence in Read's second trial.

The trial of Karen Read, who was accused of mowing down her police officer boyfriend, famously ended in a mistrial. Now, one of those jurors is speaking out to say that he and his fellow jurors actually acquitted Read of murder.

The order from Judge Michael Doolin was issued in Norfolk Superior Court, where Kearney, 43, of Holden, appeared for a hearing on a motion to dismiss the 16-count indictment pending against him.
