The Supreme Court handed a family of Holocaust survivors a huge win Monday, which may well mean that they will be able to recover the Nazi-looted artwork that once hung in their Berlin apartment.

Justices overturn the 9th Circuit Court for the second time, saying the case should be decided under a new California law that protects the rightful heirs of art lost during the Holocaust.
