Primary progressive aphasia (PPA) may develop in people with Alzheimer’s disease. Aphasia is an impairment of speech and language comprehension which also affects the ability to read and write.

The findings have been published in the journal Aphasiology. Aphasia is a severe speech disorder, often resulting from a stroke, in which individuals lose the ability to speak coherently.

Certain reports indicated that she may be experiencing aphasia, a condition that impairs communication skills. For those unaware, aphasia is a linguistic impairment that inhibits the ability to speak.
