The incident was apparently captured on video and the NSPCA has appealed to those who filmed the attack to come forward.

The NSPCA is offering a substantial reward for information leading to justice in the brutal killing of a baboon named Raygun in Mpumalanga.

The party argues, among others, that the promulgation is unconstitutional and that five of the final mandates from provinces in the National Council of Provinces were unlawful.
