为检测加工食品添加剂、保护消费者健康，研究人员运用高效液相色谱（HPLC）技术，对坦盖尔地区 10 个品牌 90 份儿童加工食品中苯甲酸钠含量展开研究。结果显示，不同品牌苯甲酸钠含量有差异，部分品牌超标。该研究为食品添加剂监管提供依据。
