A scenario where superpowers aren't just possessed by an exceedingly small percentage but rather by a rapidly growing percentage of the population is world-shaking even if they're relatively restrained in how great they are.

That said, if only 1% of the population has quirks, this is still a small enough number to be manageable.

Hell, there's even a symbol of hope, a morally ambiguous Hero Commission, 'villainous' quirk discrimination, human experimentation (Eri), and so forth. It's like we're still in Danganronpa! 2021年3月3日 · Any Omega level mutant would stomp MHA. But on a more average level for mutants you see a lot of humans + a gimmick or lizard people. Same with MHA most people have really low level quirks to the point were they are no different from a normal human. The one thing quirks have is numbers with the majority of the planet having quirks.

2024年12月30日 · Animals rarely ever get quirks and if that were the case the entirety of animals in mha would have quirks due to breeding. They don't. Mainly cuz quirks have soemthing to do with souls and animals either don't have ones or their souls are too different.
