2023年10月4日 · Hi everyone, I thought I'd start this discussion by mentioning we've encountered a bug within the Teams Mobile App whereby Android devices, don't allow you to access anything in the Teams Mobile App other than 'Calls'. You will receive notifications for Teams and Messages, and when selecting them will take you to the correct content.

It has however now suddenly stopped ringing on my mobile app, and only comes in on my laptop. Which is frustrating as I would like to have the opportunity to choose where to take the call from.

2021年4月7日 · The resolution was to receive a message in Teams and not view it. Eventually, the user will receive an email stating that a teammate is trying to reach you in Microsoft Teams. Within that email, there is a link to 'Reply in Teams'. If the user opens that link on their mobile device, it correctly initiates data management policy and manages Teams.

2021年4月16日 · Hi, I have the Teams mobile app to be able to send chats to colleagues while not at my desk. I do not require any incoming calls to the business coming through to my mobile. I have been to the notification section and toggled off the calls under general activity however I am still getting incoming calls.

2018年5月31日 · The only time I use Teams Mobile App to join a meeting is when I'm away from my desk (whether work or home), and usually that's because I'm in transit. It would be nice to have a way to select which bluetooth device the meeting utilizes instead of having to dig into the phone settings to do that, which, depending on what device you're using, could be a real pain.

Unfortunately, my app is stuck in a login loop, I can't log in to log out (my account has been deactivated) and I can't find any place to remove any further user accounts in the system.
