The N90s was Nikon's newest, best and most expensive amateur 35mm SLR of all time, exceeded only by the F100 of 1999. The N90s sold for over $1,000, even at discount, throughout most of the 1990s, and was sold new through 2004. The N90s replaced the almost identical N90, which was made from 1992-1994.
