Highly experienced applicants may be granted up to two years of Constructive Service Credit. Cross training officers qualify for the credit if they meet the criteria.

2023年5月7日 · Security Forces has to enforce rules so a lot of people don't like that - they don't like being told to keep to the speed limit, or to not enter certain areas. The base also needs security 24/7 so there can be a lot of shift work. Lots of Security Forces love their job, lots dislike it, lots are kinda neutral and just biding their time. Good luck
31P (Security Forces) Direct Commission & Constructive Service
Selectees will complete the USAF Officer Training School program and the Security Forces Basic Officer Course. Completion of training will be required within the first 12 months of entry into the position post commissioning. Non-prior service applicants will incur an eight-year Military Service Obligation (MSO) from the date of initial appointment.

2021年4月17日 · You could do lots of LE work or do lots of security (nuke fields). You could even do flyaway security (Raven)or some cool AFSOC shit like DAGRE. Each is good for its own reasons. I’ve met people who loved security and nukes because it was very “black and white” and by the book. They loved how there was no question of what you should do.
