2024年7月29日 · As for a VGT turbo on your 5.9L, the kits are pricey and complicated. The VGT controller is the challenge. It will add an exhaust brake function to your truck though. I recommend a ton of research before you open your wallet.

This saves me a bunch of time/headaches trying to interface with the CAN BUS system. Keep in mind, that the Banshee controller is completely capable of running this turbo by itself.

The reason is that this will make a VGT work on any vehicle, with any ECU without requiring CAN communications. It is a stand-alone VGT ecu with sensor inputs and a position controlled motor. It makes the VGT turbo more flexible.
