2014年3月20日 · Wish their delivery/customer service matched. After research & consideration time of these computers Dell or QVC can't fulfill orders or has you order and then cancels without contacting customer. Had to cancel credit card authorization with QVC to prevent being billed for cancelled computer--additional hassle. But better safe than sorry.

2019年7月7日 · Just heard the Dell rep. mentioning Michael Dell and how the company started. Great sales pitch, but totally divorced from reality. I submit that Michael Dell is about as far away from today's Dell Computers as Henry Ford, the elder, is from today's Ford Motor Company.

2017年10月4日 · The electronics that QVC sells (laptops and everything else) are either one of two things: outdated/old mdse, or overpriced. If you buy the outdated tech, you get aging machines right out of the box. You may find some new, up-to-date products but they will nearly always be hundreds of $$ more than they would cost you elsewhere.
