NFL network crashing every 2 mins. All day - Roku Community
All day the NFL network has not worked. Every 2 mins it crashes and has to be rebooted. Why don’t keep saying it is fixed? I paid for subscription to watch last few weekends of NFL and I can’t see any football all day the first day of playoffs? Refund my money for subscription!!

This issue is NOT specific to a single TV or the type of Roku device -- it's happening on all my TVs (Vizio, Samsung, TCL) and all Roku streaming devices. Just tried loading the condensed version of the Broncos-Bills game and that caused the Roku to crash and restart without even fully loading. (At least there are 2-3 minutes on full game replay!)

2024年11月21日 · The NFL App crashes seconds after I attempt to load it. The NFL wheel spins for a few seconds, the normal menus appear for a second or two on the left side and then it goes back to the home screen. It ran fine 3 days ago. I have restarted the Roku streaming stick, restarted my LG TV (where other apps run fine), removed and reloaded the NFL app.

2024年1月10日 · As I said above, I also have been having a lot of problems with NFL network on my Sony XR65A95L which is running Andriod TV. Same thing happens. It crashes randomly. As of now, I cannot watch NFL Network via my NFL+ subscription on Roku, nor can I do so on my TV's integrated apps. Absolutely unacceptable.

I decided to change my Roku network to use my WiFi connection. I 1st went into my Eero network into the troubleshooting area and disabled for the 5GHz WiFi for 10 minutes.
