  1. iPad mini 5 vs iPad 8 | MacRumors Forums

2020年10月24日 · The iPad 8 really bothered my hand and wrist making it ache after a while. And the screen resolution is significantly inferior between the resolution and the matte finish and coating. It may be that airgap in the iPad eight that makes it look funny and cheap looking.

  2. iPad Air 3 vs iPad 8 | MacRumors Forums

2020年11月28日 · Air is very slightly thinner and lighter than the iPad 8. Air has Bluetooth 5 vs 4.2 on the iPad 8. Air has a 7 MP front camera vs 1.2 on the iPad 8. And as you’ve mentioned, Air is available in 64/256 as opposed to 32/128 on the iPad 8. Bottom line is that athough they will be very similar in day to day use, there is really no *advantage* to ...

  3. Does the iPad 8 have fast charging? | MacRumors Forums

2011年1月19日 · I don't know if Apple changed the charging circuit on the iPad 8th gen but the 7th gen was actually capable of pulling 15W from USB-C charger. iPad Pros (except 9.7) and Air 3 are capable of using up to 30W, though. Great when one needs a quick top-up.

  4. iPad iPad 8 vs iPad Air 3 dilemma including storage space

2019年1月27日 · Hello, I have decided to buy iPad for main purposes as educational / reading books / making notes so I can exclude games / taking pictures & videos and such. Not planning to install huge amount of apps as well, just the ones concerning the purposes I mentioned (text editors / notes / pdf...

  5. iPad iPad Air 2019 vs iPad 8th gen - MacRumors Forums

2005年7月17日 · We were deciding between an iPad 7th generation 128 GB and the iPad air 3 64 GB. I cannot remember why we decided on the air 3. Probably because of the faster processor. We also got the Logitech combo touch keyboard case, so the reduced thickness of the air (compared with the normal iPad) is kind of negated (since the same case fits both).

  6. iPad 6th Gen to iPad 8th Gen: worth the small upgrade cost?

2020年9月20日 · I also have the 6th generation iPad and I’ve been pondering just like you if an upgrade to the 8th gen would be worth it. As you mention the cost would be fairly minimal. Watching these announcements we get all excited and because the A12 is still a very fast chip, and the extra RAM and the slightly bigger screen, well, it all feels so nice ...

  7. 8GB vs 16GB RAM M4 iPad Pro | MacRumors Forums

2024年5月10日 · I'm gonna go with 8 GB, mainly because of the cost, and also because I'm not a heavy iPad user. I really just want the OLED display, lighter weight, and landscape camera, etc. However, if the memory weren't tied to storage, I would have considered 16 GB.

  8. iPad Mini 7 Benchmarks Confirm 8GB RAM, 5-Core GPU's Slower …

2001年4月12日 · The new iPad mini, identified as iPad 16,2 on the Geekbench database, includes the same A17 Pro SoC first introduced in the iPhone 15 Pro series last year. The six-core chip is clocked at 3.78 GHz, which matches the iPhone version, but with a key distinction—a five-core GPU, which is one core less than the version found in the iPhone.

  9. iPad 5th generation vs iPad 8th generation | MacRumors Forums

2015年5月31日 · That said, the iPad 8 is a huge upgrade over the iPad 5, esp. if you decide you want an external keyboard +/- Pencil. IMO for general usage (excluding games and heavy content creation): A9 + 2 GB RAM in iPad 5th gen is showing its age, but is still pretty usable.

  10. my thoughts on the A17 Pro iPad mini - MacRumors Forums

2024年11月15日 · With the iPad Pro having 8 GB RAM and the mini having just 4 GB, it meant that the drawings I was trying to transfer to the mini often exceeded its capabilities (i.e. layer limits). With the iPad mini 7th Gen having 8 GB RAM, that is no longer an issue at all for me. Both devices are capable of opening the same files and the same amount of layers.
