2018年10月15日 · When I go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers, my monitor appears as 2269W (the actual model is i2269Vw). When I check Properties, a "2269W Properties" windows opens with two tabs, General and Hardware. The General tab also shows the model as 2269, while the Hardware tab shows the Name as "Generic PnP Monitor".

I tried to connect the monitor to a Windows 10 laptop and it works. I copied the monitor.sys driver from that laptop on the Windows 11 one but it still doesnt works with the monitor.

2019年2月22日 · So i have a Samsung curved monitor with in built speakers and when on its own it plays audio fine, after adding in my second monitor a 22inch Acer monitor without any inbuilt speakers using hdmi to dvi and hdmi to hdmi for either one of them i get no sound. Please help!

2021年12月21日 · The monitor immediately worked on my spouse's laptop. That laptop is also a Lenovo running Windows 11, if that matters. This confirms that the issue is not with the hardware.
