2021年1月26日 · Log manifolds can back up the exhaust gases inside the head, causing problems. The type s /k24 heads and b series vtec heads flow too Much air for a non tubular manifold to keep up with. You’re better off getting a nice manifold with a cheaper turbo than the other way around. VS racing making some nice ones as does rev9.

2010年4月21日 · With a stock engine that you want the least hassles when mounting the mani, I would opt for the stockie, next would be the RBC. The RBC flows decently with the K24, the piston speed compensates somewhat for the lower rpm's, the low end will not see the gains of the stock K24A2 mani when tuned, but the upper end gains will be more.

2009年7月15日 · As to the k series sidewinder manifold by obx. Have you seen that one in use. I mean I know I could spend the extra 500 beans on a good mani. The thing is that these new ones are coming out look pretty decent. I know how you/everyone/me feels about obx, Im just wondering about their kswap sidewinder manifold.

2020年11月24日 · Plastic intake manifold is fine for 20psi no worries . The power calculations are easy . Stock motor is 160hp at crank at 1 atmosphere Add good exhaust and optimal tune - maybe 170-175hp at crank at best but let’s say 160hp still anyway. Add 14psi(2nd atmosphere ) and you will double the power of the NA engine so 14psi will be 320hp at the crank.

309 hp at 14psi.(log manifold) K24 stock motor 93 octane GT3076R .63a/r turbine Secret services tuned. Topped out the log manifold. made 268 at 7ish psi. Better numbers once k-pro and a new manifold are in.
